JRub Organic Massage Oil Application
Massage the oil in a clockwise direction directly on to the affected area. You will find it quickly absorbed with no sticky residue. Unlike oral medicines, it goes straight to work without being altered by digestive chemistry. Where injury or pain is more wide-spread, massage in to the soles of the feet. The soles of the feet have thousands of nerve endings connecting to all parts of the body. This is the ideal area for massage when joints are too painful.

Sit comfortably with your back well supported and pour a little of the oil out onto the palm of your hand, you can always add more if you need it then apply a small amount over one of your legs. Stroke your hand up the length of your leg, starting from the ankle up moving one hand behind the other, moving gently over the knee to the top of your leg then shimming downwards on both sides of your leg to the ankle. As well as distributing the oil, this stroking movement relaxes your muscles and the friction promotes increased blood flow, easing tension and speeding results. Next give your knee some extra attention as this is quite often where joint problems start. Using plenty of oil use your thumb or two fingers to massage all around the kneecap using small firm, circular movements, keeping your hands at the back of your legs for support. |

If you are not Mobile enough for the above technique
If you can’t move well use this “granny's tip”.... Get an old wooden rolling pin and put it on a plate big enough to let it lie flat. Pour plenty of oil along the rolling pin then using your foot press down and roll it backwards and forwards. Repeat with your other foot. Warning: Use extreme caution when undertaking this technique
